The world premiere of Saltimbanco took place in Montreal on April 23, 1992 with a cast of 36 performers, and in it 14 years of travel has since visited more than 75 cities, on five continents, for more than 4,000 performances. The current show has a cast of 51, 15 of whom were part of the original big top tour, whom hail from Canada and 20 other countries.
